// LAGOS · Q4 2026 · ONE DAY

One room.Real products.Signed scope.

A live hacking day in Lagos. Vetted testers, Nigerian products volunteered by the teams who built them, every asset authorised in writing before anyone touches it. Findings stay private.

Not announced yet. This page decides whether it happens.

Where it stands

Not announced. Being validated in public before anyone commits a date.

Five companies say yes and it happens. Fewer and I will say so out loud.

Everyone on this list hears the outcome either way.

Three ways into the room

The right people make the day useful.

01

If you test

A real target instead of another lab box, a defined scope, and a write-up you can show an interviewer without redacting it into nothing. Bring patience, not forty tools.

02

If you build

Put a product in the room. Testers who have never seen it, one focused day, then a debrief with your engineers. Nothing is named on stage or in a recap. Private by default.

03

If you sponsor

A room of people who do this work on a Tuesday, not an audience rented for a logo. No brief yet, because there is no headcount yet. Ask early and you get it first.

The boundaries matter

How the day works.

  1. 01

    Scope agreed in writing.

  2. 02

Authorisation signed by someone who can actually authorise it.

  3. 03

One focused day of testing inside a defined environment.

  4. 04

A debrief where the people who built it sit with the people who broke it.

No production data. Staging or a scoped test tenant only.
